INSTRUCTION FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Thank you very much for presenting your poster at IATDMCT Congress 2017.
Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure your smooth poster presentations.

1 Displaying Posters

Please pin-up your poster according to size specifications as below, on the day of your poster Session between 9-10 am. Please place your poster in the correct location.
You will find a blue ribbon attached to the board for you to keep.
*Application for Local Poster Printing Service has been closed.

2 Poster Sessions

Poster Sessions will be scheduled on the days of September 25,26 and 27, from 12:30 to 13:30 in "ANNEX HALL". Please wear the blue ribbon and take your location in front of your poster. Each presentation time is 5 minutes including brief Q&A.

3 Removing Posters

Please remove your poster on the same day 16:00-17:00 on September 25 and 26, 15:30-1600 on September 27.
