Congress Registration Fee (Currency: Japanese Yen (JPY))

*1 For registration as Young Scientists member (31-40 years of age) or Junior member (30 years of age and under), participant must be registered as a Young Scientist member or Junior member of IATDMCT or JSTDM. Young Scientist/Junior Member registration includes the same activity as the regular registration.

*2 Student must be full time of under graduate or post graduate student, and need to submit additional 2 documents at the time of online registration as described below. So please prepare them before registration.
1) Student ID card with a photo.
2) Student registration certificate issued by the university written in English.

Student presentation grant (presenters only):  <Application closed>
Students who wish to apply for the student presentation grant must meet the following requirements.

1) The applicant must be student and submit an abstract as presenter.
2) The applicant has to apply at the time of online registration.
3) The applicant has to complete payment of the registration fee by the deadline.

Grant awardees will be decided by the judgement of local organizing committee within the limited budget.
The awardees are waived to pay for registration fee.
The Registration office will refund the registration fee to the awardees of this grant.

*3 Non-members are welcome to register for the Congress.
If you are in the process of membership application for IATDMCT or JSTDM, you can register as a 'member'. In this case please select 'member' category on the registration form for your registration type.
Non-members are highly recommended to join the IATDMCT or JSTDM at the same time of early bird or advanced registration.  Annual membership fee of the IATDMCT is USD 120, and reduced membership fees are available for Young Scientists (31-40 years of age) and Junior Members (30 years of age and under).

Single Day Congress Registration fee includes:
Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, Lunch, access to all symposia, industry workshops, only on the single day registered. Only one day may be attended at this rate - attendance on multiple days requires full registration.

Special Gift Only for Early Bird/Advanced Registrants

The participants who have registered before September 11 can get a thermos bottle with logo of the IATDMCT2017. The participants can carry drink keeping in cool or hot using this bottle.
The privilege is a special gift only for Early Bird/Advanced registrants, and is not provided to the on-site registrants.

Payment Confirmation

After you have paid the registration fee by a credit card or bank transfer, notice of Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
Please print out the Payment Confirmation e-mail and present at the registration desk to receive the congress materials.

Additional Tickets and Registration Correction

Additional tickets for Post-Congress Meetings, Congress dinner, Social event ticket for accompanying person, Roundtable discussion, Japanese cultural program, YS Night Out and Local poster printing service can be purchased on-line after registration has been completed until deadline.
If there is anything else to be changed or corrected on your registration data, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation

If you cancel your participation in the congress, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail as soon as possible. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the Congress. If the refund is made by bank transfer, bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
